Abstract:

数字生态文明建设虽然延续了传统生态文明发展的脉络,但两者的驱动逻辑、运行模式和实现方法均不相同。随着生态文明建设的不断演进,其建设方式和运行模式也在不断调整,以期实现与国家治理的同频共振。数字生态文明建设之所以呈现出大数据赋能生态文明建设的实践样态,根源在于深入贯彻数字中国和生态文明建设的战略任务、以大数据为关键变量重塑生态文明建设体系以及在推进数字中国进程中实现美丽中国的制度逻辑。当前,数字生态文明仍处于发展初期,需要在技术层面解决“生产资料”和“生产技术”问题,在社会层面上以绿色生活方式引领、提升共享意识等,在制度层面上通过“多元跨域协同”推进生态文明建设高质量发展。
Although the construction of digital ecological civilization continues in the vein of traditional ecological civilization development, the driving logic, operation mode and realization method of the two are different. With the continuous evolution of ecological civilization construction, its construction method and operation mode are also continuously adjusted, with a view to the same frequency resonance with national governance. The reason why the construction of digital ecological civilization shows the practice pattern of ecological civilization construction empowered by big data is rooted in the strategic tasks of implementing digital China and ecological civilization construction in-depth, reshaping the ecological civilization construction system with big data as the key variable, and realizing the institutional logic of beautiful China in the process of promoting digital China. At present, digital ecological civilization is still in the early stage of development, and it is necessary to solve the problems of “means of production” and “production technology” at the technical level, to lead by green lifestyle and enhance the awareness of sharing at the social level, and to promote the development of ecological civilization through “multi-dimensional and cross-domain synergy” at the institutional level. At the institutional level, it will promote the high-quality development of ecological civilization construction through “multi-dimensional and cross-domain synergy”.
