“四时五心一病一品”护理模式在中风患者健康教育中的应用
“Four Hours, Five Hearts, One Disease, One Product” Nursing Model in the Application of Health Education for Stroke Patients

目的：探讨“四时五心一病一品”护理模式在中风患者健康教育中的应用。方法：随机选取2023年01月~2023年06月在黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院就诊的30例中风患者作为对照组，2023年07月~2023年12月在黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院就诊的30例中风患者作为观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式。观察组采用“四时五心一病一品”护理模式。比较实施前后两组患者健康教育知晓情况、不良事件发生率、患者满意度及护士一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分。结果：采用“四时五心一病一品”护理模式，护士一般自我效能感有所提高(P < 0.05)，观察组健康教育知晓情况优于对照组(P < 0.05)，不良事件发生率低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论：应用“四时五心一病一品”护理模式可以提高中风患者健康教育率，减少不良事件发生，促进患者康复锻炼，提高患者满意度，提高护士一般自我效能感。
Objective: To explore the application of the “Four Hours, Five Hearts, One Disease, One Product” nursing model in health education for stroke patients. Method: 30 stroke patients who visited the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the control group, and 30 stroke patients who visited the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group. The control group received routine nursing care. The observation group adopts the nursing mode of “four hours, five hearts, one disease, one product”. Compare the awareness of health education, incidence of adverse events, patient satisfaction, and nurse general self-efficacy scale (GSES) scores between two groups of patients before and after implementation. Result: Adopting the “Four Hours, Five Hearts, One Disease, One Product” nursing model, nurses’ general self-efficacy was improved (P < 0.05), and the observation group had better awareness of health education than the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group, and patient satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of the “Four Hours, Five Hearts, One Disease, One Product” nursing model can improve the health education rate of stroke patients, reduce the occurrence of adverse events, promote patient rehabilitation and exercise, improve patient satisfaction, and enhance nurses’ general self-efficacy.
