南宁市龙岗大道(新邕路–龙华路)绿波信号协调控制方案研究

Abstract:
本文通过实地调查交通数据,基于韦伯斯特和数解法设计了南宁市龙岗大道(新邕路–龙华路) 的绿波信号协调控制方案,运用Vissim进行仿真,对比绿波设计方案前后的各项评价指标,绿波方案平均排队长度减少44%,最大排队长度评价减少36%,平均车辆延误降低43%,平均停车延误降低53%,三个主要交叉口的服务水平均从D上升至C,进一步验证了该绿波信号协调控制方案的可行性和有效性,有助于提升龙岗大道干线通行效率。
In this paper, through the field investigation of traffic data, based on Webster and numerical solution method, we design the green wave signal coordination and control scheme for Longgang Avenue (Xinyong Road-Longhua Road) in Nanning City, and use Vissim to simulate and compare the evaluation indexes before and after the green wave design scheme, the average queuing length of the green wave scheme is reduced by 44%, the maximum queuing length of the evaluation is reduced by 36%, the average vehicular delay is reduced by 43%, and the average stopping delay is reduced by 53%, the level of service of the three major intersections are increased from D to C, further verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the green wave signal coordination and control scheme, which helps to improve the Longgang Avenue arterial access efficiency.
