胃食管反流病的中医研究进展
Research Progress in Traditional Chinese Medicine for Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

胃食管反流病是消化系统中的常见疾病，患病率正在逐年上升。胃食管反流病具有反复发作的特点，故极大影响了患者的生存质量。中医药对治疗胃食管反流病有多种方法且具有稳定的临床效果证明，对治疗胃食管反流病具有较大优势，前景也更为可观。现对近5年关于中医药治疗与研究胃食管反流病的相关文献进行总结，通过归纳中医内治、中成药、中医外治等常用中医治疗方法在胃食管反流病临床中的应用现状与研究进展，找出治疗胃食管反流病的新观点和新方案，为胃食管反流病中医临床治疗提供依据。
Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a common disease of the digestive system, and the prevalence is increasing year by year. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) has the characteristics of recurrent attacks, so it greatly affects the quality of life of patients. Traditional Chinese medicine has a variety of methods for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and has stable clinical effects, which has great advantages in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and has more promising prospects. This paper summarizes the relevant literature on the treatment and research of gastroesophageal reflux disease with traditional Chinese medicine in the past five years, and summarizes the application status and research progress of common traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods such as internal Chinese medicine treatment, Chinese patent medicine, and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical practice of gastroesophageal reflux disease, and finds out new views and new plans for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, so as to provide a basis for the clinical treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.
