Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the state and various regions have issued relevant policies and regulations to encourage the majority of young people to actively participate in rural construction. This paper makes an in-depth study on the talent development of college students under the background of rural revitalization in the new era, analyzes in detail the current situation, significance, and difficulties faced by college students returning to their hometown for employment and entrepreneurship, and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies.
