农村留守老人心理健康问题及解决路径探析
Analysis of Psychological Health Problems and Solutions for Left-Behind Elderly in Rural Areas

在人口老龄化已渐成中国社会的一个新常态下，当前农村留守老人心理健康现状很不容乐观，改善他们的心理状况已成为一个现实的问题。当前，我国农村留守老人面临孤独感强烈、焦虑情绪普遍、安全感缺乏以及自我价值感降低等问题，影响因素则涵盖家庭结构变化与子女分离导致情感与生活照料缺失，经济状况与生活压力使老人生活质量受限且对未来担忧等，针对这些现状与影响因素，本文提出了加强家庭沟通与关怀、改善经济状况与减轻生活压力、完善社会支持体系等相应的对策，以期为改善这一群体的生活状况和心理状态提供理论支持与实践指引，进而推动农村社会的健康发展。
In the context of aging population becoming a new normal in Chinese society, the current mental health status of left-behind elderly in rural areas is not optimistic, and improving their psychological condition has become a practical issue. At present, left-behind elderly people in rural areas of China are facing strong feelings of loneliness, widespread anxiety, lack of security, and low self-worth. The influencing factors include changes in family structure and separation of children leading to a lack of emotional and life care, economic conditions and life pressure limiting the quality of life of the elderly and concerns about the future. In response to these situations and influencing factors, this article proposes corresponding measures such as strengthening family communication and care, improving economic conditions and reducing life pressure, and improving the social support system, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the living conditions and psychological status of this group, and promote the healthy development of rural society.
