中医治疗慢性盆腔痛的研究进展
The Research Progress of Chronic Pelvic Pain Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine

慢性盆腔痛(CPP)是育龄期妇女常见疾病，病程长，病情缠绵难愈，易造成患者不孕、异位妊娠等疾病的发生，损害患者健康状况，增加患者身心负担。故本文总结了中医对CPP的认识，认为CPP虚实兼备，湿邪为治病因素，患者以正气虚为本，血瘀为标；本文全面回顾了中药、针灸以及它们与其他治疗手段结合使用的最新发展动态。鉴于当前CPP临床治疗的实际情况，我们认为应当倡导多种治疗手段的综合运用，以期取得更佳的疗效。同时，我们强调有必要持续深化对中医药治疗CPP作用原理的研究，以便为临床实践提供坚实可靠的理论支持。通过这样的努力，我们可以期待为CPP的治疗开辟新的途径，并进一步提升治疗的整体效果。
Chronic pelvic pain (CPP) is a common disease of women of childbearing age, with a long course and lingering illness, which easily leads to infertility, ectopic pregnancy and other diseases, damages the health status of patients and increases their physical and mental burden. Therefore, this paper summarizes the understanding of CPP in traditional Chinese medicine, and holds that CPP has both deficiency and excess, dampness is the treatment factor, patients are based on positive qi deficiency and blood stasis is the standard; This paper comprehensively reviews the latest development of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and their combined use with other therapeutic methods. In view of the actual situation of clinical treatment of CPP at present, we think that we should advocate the comprehensive application of various treatment methods in order to achieve better curative effect. At the same time, we emphasize that it is necessary to continue to deepen the research on the mechanism of Chinese medicine in treating CPP, so as to provide solid and reliable theoretical support for clinical practice. Through such efforts, we can expect to open up a new way for the treatment of CPP and further improve the overall effect of treatment.
