句法象似性视角下能源类文本的复杂句汉译
Syntactic Iconicity in English-Chinese Translation of Complex Sentences in Energy Texts

能源技术的发展依赖于技术论文的指导，中国正在努力分享中国智慧，呼吁提高能源领域翻译质量。在认知语言学的理论框架下，本报告根据句法象似性的三大原则：顺序象似性、数量象似性和距离象似性，分析了中英文之间复杂句的差异。为了应对这些差异带来的翻译问题，本报告提出了对策：逆译法、语态转换、增译法、级转移、分译法和词序调整法。本报告表明，翻译策略应根据认知动机进行部署，提供语法和语义正确的翻译。
Since energy technology development relies on the guidance of technical essays, China is endeavoring to share its wisdom with other countries, thereby calling for the urgency to improve the quality of translation in the energy sector. Under the theoretical framework of Cognitive linguistics, this paper analyzes the differences in complex sentences between Chinese and English based on three principles of syntactic iconicity: sequence iconicity, quantity iconicity, and distance iconicity. Then, to deal with translation issues arising from these differences, this paper puts forward countermeasures: inversion, voice conversion, amplification, rank shift, division, and order adjustment. This paper shows that translation methods should be deployed according to cognitive motivation, rendering a grammatically and semantically correct translation.
