突发性耳聋是耳鼻咽喉科常见的急症之一，其发病迅速且病因未明，临床上治疗效果欠佳，难治性突发性耳聋因其对激素治疗无效易转变为终身性耳聋，其治疗措施选择少，难以到达理想的疗效，致使突发性耳聋患者在发病及治疗过程中常出现焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，影响着突发性耳聋患者的临床治疗进程及生活质量。而突发性耳聋多由于肝失疏泄、神机失常、耳窍失聪，因此探讨疏肝导情法联合心理干预治疗突发性耳聋意义深远。
Sudden deafness is one of the common emergencies in otorhinolaryngology, its onset is rapid and the cause is unknown, and the clinical treatment effect is poor. Refractory sudden deafness is easy to transform into lifelong deafness due to its ineffective hormone therapy, and its treatment options are few, which is difficult to achieve the ideal effect, resulting in patients with sudden deafness often have anxiety, depression and other adverse emotions during the onset and treatment process. It affects the clinical treatment process and life quality of patients with sudden deafness. The sudden deafness is mostly due to the loss of the liver, the disorder of the spirit machine and the deafness of the ear, so it is significant to explore the method of soothing the liver and guiding the emotion combined with psychological intervention to treat the sudden deafness.
