当代大学生就业焦虑心理与干预建议

Abstract:
随着我国高等教育事业的迅速发展和高校的不断扩招，当代大学毕业生数量急剧增长，就业形势日益严峻。因此，大学生在就业过程中遇到的挫折和困难往往会增加他们的焦虑心理。文章从就业市场竞争激烈、行业需求变化、就业指导教育滞后以及学生心理素质薄弱等背景出发，分析大学生就业焦虑产生的心理因素，进而提出了就业焦虑心理的干预建议。
With the rapid development of China’s higher education and the continuous expansion of colleges and universities, the number of contemporary college graduates has increased dramatically and the employment situation has become increasingly severe. As a result, the setbacks and difficulties encountered by college students in the process of employment tend to increase their anxiety. Starting from the background of fierce competition in the employment market, changes in industry demand, lagging behind in employment guidance education and weak psychological quality of students, the article analyzes the psychological factors that generate employment anxiety among college students, and then puts forward the intervention suggestions for the psychology of employment anxiety.
