运动干预影响大学生情绪问题的实验研究

Abstract:
目的:探究运动干预对大学生焦虑、抑郁状况的影响,分析体育锻炼作为心理健康促进路径的可行性和有效性。方法:招募132名大学生被试参与实验,采用2 (分组:实验组、控制组) × 2 (干预:前测、后测)混合实验设计,干预前后对被试的运动量、焦虑状况和抑郁状况进行评估。结果:大学生运动量、焦虑和抑郁水平在运动干预前测中差异均不显著;干预后,实验组被试的运动量显著高于对照组,焦虑和抑郁水平显著低于对照组。结论:运动干预能显著降低大学生的焦虑和抑郁水平,是一种有效缓解大学生情绪问题的心理干预策略。
Objective: To explore the effect of sports intervention on college students’ anxiety and depression status, and to further explore the feasibility and effectiveness of physical exercise as a mental health promotion path. Methods: A total of 132 college students were recruited to participate in the experiment. This experiment had a 2 (Group: experimental vs. control) × 2 (Time series: pre-test, post-test) mixed experimental design. All participants were used to evaluate the amount of exercise, anxiety and depression before and after the intervention. Results: There was no significant difference in the amount of exercise, anxiety and depression among college students before exercise intervention. After the sports intervention, the exercise volume of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the anxiety and depression levels were significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusion: Sports intervention can significantly reduce the level of anxiety and depression among college students, which is an effective psychological intervention strategy to alleviate the emotional problems of college students.
