中国与新加坡社会救助制度的对比分析
Comparative Analysis of Social Assistance Systems in China and Singapore

由于国情与背景等方面的差异，新加坡与中国在社会救助制度方面存在显著差异，这些差异不仅反映了两国不同的社会经济发展水平，也体现了各自独特的文化和政策取向。文章剖析了中国和新加坡社会救助制度的相似点和不同点，并对中国社会救助制度在法制建设、救助水平与地区差异上的一些问题提出相应的对策建议，以完善优化中国社会救助制度。
Due to the differences in national conditions and backgrounds, there are significant differences between Singapore and China in terms of social assistance systems, which not only reflect the different levels of social and economic development of the two countries but also reflect their unique cultural and policy orientations. This article analyzes the similarities and differences between the social assistance systems of China and Singapore and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for some problems in the legal system construction, assistance level and regional differences in China’s social assistance system, so as to improve and optimize China’s social assistance system.
