地铁列车轮对偏磨问题探究

Abstract:
在整理国内某地铁的车轮磨耗数据时,发现列车车轮存在严重的偏磨现象,因此本文提出一种结合虚拟平台建模仿真的方法来探究车轮偏磨的原因。利用动力学软件搭建列车–线路模型,将实测车轮踏面和线路特征参数导入到模型中,根据列车实际运行情况仿真研究车轮磨耗特征,发现该列车车轮偏磨主要是由于上下行线路状况不同,且部分路段车辆运行速度与线路情况不匹配。本文提出的搭建仿真平台探究车轮偏磨成因的方法为查找和解决车轮偏磨问题提供了有效手段。
When finishing the wheel wear data of a certain subway in China, it is found that there is a severe problem of uneven wear on the train wheels. Therefore, this paper proposes a method that combines virtual platform modeling and simulation to investigate the causes of wheel uneven wear. Using dynamics software, a train-track model is constructed, importing measured wheel tread and track characteristic parameters into the model. Based on the actual operation conditions of the train, the simulation studies the wheel wear characteristics, revealing that the main cause of uneven wheel wear is the different conditions of the up and down tracks, as well as mismatches between vehicle operating speeds and track conditions on certain sections. The method of building a simulation platform to investigate the causes of wheel uneven wear proposed in this paper provides an effective means for identifying and addressing the issue of uneven wheel wear.
