装配式建筑智能创新研究

Abstract:
装配式建筑是将建筑企业工业化和信息化生产形式结合的新型建造方式,具有设计标准化程度高、管理信息化程度高,生产效率高,节能环保等优势,利用技术替代密集劳动力,采用工业化制品现场装配,取代现场湿作业的施工模式,从而实现了绿色建造。同时随着数字技术的快速发展,我国建筑业正处于产业数字化和智能化不断转型升级的关键时期。通过此次项目研究提高了装配式拆分设计和深化设计能力,同时也掌握了数字技术支持下预制构件生产和施工工艺流程的精细管理。
Prefabricated building is a new construction method that combines industrialization and information-based production forms of construction enterprises. It has the advantages of high design standardization, high management informatization, high production efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, etc. It uses technology to replace intensive labor, adopts on-site assembly of industrialized products, and replaces the construction mode of on-site wet operation, thus realizing green construction. At the same time, with the rapid development of digital technology, China’s construction industry is in a critical period of continuous transformation and upgrading of industrial digitalization and intelligence. Through this project research, I have improved the ability of prefabricated split design and deepened design, and also mastered the fine management of the production and construction process of prefabricated components with the support of digital technology.
