Research on the Path of Labor Education in University Libraries from the Perspective of “Three-Dimensional Education”

高校开展劳动教育是落实立德树人、人才培养的有利抓手。高校图书馆兼具劳动教育和服务育人的责任，应主动适应新时代，深化劳动教育，培养具备吃苦耐劳精神的大学生。文章在阐述“三全育人”视域下高校图书馆开展劳动教育的意义基础上，分析了高校图书馆劳动教育现存的问题，进而提出了高校图书馆开展劳动教育的有效路径，以提升劳动教育质量，促进大学生全面发展。
The implementation of labor education in universities is a favorable approach to fulfilling the goal of cultivating moral character and talents. University libraries, with their dual responsibilities of labor education and service-oriented education, should actively adapt to the new era, deepen labor education, and cultivate college students with a spirit of perseverance and hard work. Based on expounding the significance of labor education in university libraries from the perspective of “Three-Dimensional Education,” this article analyzes the existing problems in labor education in university libraries and proposes effective paths for carrying out labor education in university libraries, aiming to improve the quality of labor education and promote the comprehensive development of college students.
