基于CiteSpace的赖氏通元疗法文献可视化分析

Abstract:
目的：探究名老中医赖新生教授创立的“通元疗法”在当前医学领域的研究热点以及未来发展趋势。方法：在中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang)、维普(VIP)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(Sino Med)数据库检索近十年相关文献，利用CiteSpace 6.3.R1(64-bit)Advance高级版软件对文献作者，发文机构以及关键词等数据进行可视化分析。结果：共566篇中文文献纳入研究，其中李月梅是发文最多的作者，广州中医药大学是发文数最多的机构。该领域研究的热点以临床研究和名医经验为热点，在临床研究中，治疗不孕不育、脑卒中、抑郁症的相关研究较多，尤以多囊卵巢综合不孕、针药结合治疗男子不育为研究热点。结论：通过文献计量方法对赖氏通元疗法领域相关文献进行可视化分析，有助于深入了解该领域的发展历程，为未来的学术探索提供重要的参考，从而推动通元疗法的创新与发展。
Objective: Exploring the medical field’s “Tong yuan therapy” research hotspot and development trend, as established by Professor Lai Xinsheng, is the objective of this abstract. Methods: Relevant literature was retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and Sino Med databases. CiteSpace6.3.R1 (64-bit) Advanced software was used to analyze the literature authors. Document agency, keywords and other visual analysis. Results: A total of 566 Chinese literature articles were included in the study, among which Li Yuemei was the author with the most papers, and Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine was the institution with the most papers. The hot spots in this field are clinical research and the experience of famous doctors. In clinical research, there are many related studies on the treatment of infertility, stroke and depression, especially the comprehensive infertility of polycystic ovary and the treatment of male infertility with combination of acupuncture and medicine. Conclusion: A visual analysis of literature concerning Lai’s Tong yuan acupuncture treatment can be beneficial for researchers to investigate the present state, hotspots and new trends in this field, and to further foster and advance the pioneering progress of Tong yuan acupuncture treatment.
