浅论中医诊疗信息化
On the Informationization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment

本文简要论述了中医诊疗信息化的思路、方法和实现过程。其中包括基础性工作、设计理念、诊断信息化、治疗信息化和自动化。论述了诊疗信息化的三个难点，为相关科研活动指明了方向。还创新性地提出了“西医疾病 + 中医证候 + 对症治疗 + 体质辨识”的新的中医组方模式。本文有助于对中医诊疗信息化有普及性认识和较深入的理解。
This article briefly discusses the ideas, methods, and implementation process of informationization in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) diagnosis and treatment, which include basic work, design concepts, informatization of diagnosis and treatment, and automation. This article deals with three difficulties in the informatization of diagnosis and treatment, and points out the direction for related scientific research activities. It also innovatively puts forward a new formula model of “Western medical diseases + TCM symptoms + Symptomatic treatment + Constitution identification”. This article contributes to a universal understanding and deeper understanding of the informatization of TCM diagnosis and treatment.
