The delisting system for listed companies is an important guarantee for the healthy development of the capital market, and is of great significance for maintaining market order, improving market efficiency, and protecting investors’ rights and interests. However, there are still many shortcomings in the current delisting system for listed companies in China, such as unclear delisting standards, lack of transparency in delisting procedures, and imperfect investor protection mechanisms. The existence of these problems not only affects the fairness and efficiency of the market, but also poses challenges to the protection of investors’ rights and interests. This article aims to analyze the current situation and problems of China’s delisting system for listed companies, draw on international experience, and propose improvement measures to promote the stability and healthy development of China’s capital market.
