社会的发展需要更多高素质的人才，高校教师作为知识传播者和道德引领者，其职业道德修养与我国教育质量和人才培养息息相关。文章旨在探讨新时期高校教师职业道德修养的现状，分析高校教师职业道德修养提升的重要性及意义，并提出相应的提升策略，以期为高校教师职业道德修养的提升提供理论支持和实践指导。
The development of society needs more high-quality talents, and the professional ethics of college teachers, as knowledge disseminators and moral leaders, are closely related to the quality of education and talent training in China. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the current situation of college teachers’ professional ethics in the new era, analyze the importance and significance of the improvement of college teachers’ professional ethics, and put forward corresponding improvement strategies, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the improvement of college teachers’ professional ethics.
