随着社会的不断发展，高校学生心理健康问题也逐步凸显，高校辅导员作为学生心理健康工作的中坚力量，直接影响到学生的心理健康水平，但是，由于高校辅导员心理健康教育能力不足和角色定位不清晰、工作方式缺乏针对性和创新性、家校合力不足等因素导致高校辅导员开展学生心理健康工作的成效不显著。因此，需要通过着力提高高校辅导员工作素养、明确辅导员在学生心理健康工作中的角色定位、创新心理健康教育方式、加强家校互动等措施有效提升学生心理健康工作的成效，为培养身心健康、全面发展的高素质人才奠定基础。
With the continuous development of society, the mental health problems of college students have gradually become prominent. As the backbone of student mental health work, college counselors directly affect the mental health level of students. However, due to the insufficient ability and unclear role positioning of college counselors in mental health education, the lack of targeted and innovative work methods, and the insufficient collaboration between family and school, the effectiveness of college counselors in carrying out student mental health work is not significant. Therefore, it is necessary to effectively enhance the effectiveness of student mental health work by focusing on improving the work literacy of college counselors, clarifying the role positioning of college counselors in student mental health work, innovating mental health education methods, and strengthening home school interaction, thus laying the foundation for cultivating high-quality talents with physical and mental health and comprehensive development.
