基于守正创新思想的高等医学院校中西医结合专业人才培养模式思考
Reflection on the Talent Training Mode of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Major in Medical Colleges and Universities Based on the Idea of Keeping Integrity and Innovation

中西医结合专业人才培养经过多年的探索，形成了一套较系统的模式。但随着时代的发展，传统教育模式不再完全适用，中西医结合专业人才培养也面临着一些新的问题。基于党的十八大以来习近平总书记明确提出的“守正创新”要求，本文对该思想指导下的高等院校中西医结合专业建设及其人才培养方面进行了较为全面的思考，建议性地从平台建设、特色建设、课程设计、师资队伍建设等方面提出了人才培养的思想和路径。
After years of exploration, a set of systematic models has been formed in the cultivation of professional talents of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. However, with the development of the times, the traditional education model is no longer completely applicable, and the cultivation of talents specialized in integrative Chinese and Western medicine is facing some new problems. Based on the requirement of “keeping integrity and innovation” clearly put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, this paper systematically thinks about the construction of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and its personnel training in colleges and universities under the guidance of this ideology. The ideas and paths of talent training are put forward in terms of platform construction, characteristic construction, curriculum design, and teacher team construction.
