跨境电商综合试验区背景下数字技术创新发展路径研究

Abstract:
随着数字经济的发展，跨境电商凭借其发展速度快、市场潜力大、带动作用强，已经成为带动经济高质量发展和数字技术创新发展的新引擎。但在数字技术的创新发展过程中，仍面临政府政策制定不完善、复合型专业人才缺失、相关企业创新能力不足等阻碍创新发展的问题。基于此，本文运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，提出完善政府政策、建立线上交流平台、推动产业结构优化升级等促进数字技术创新发展的路径。
With the development of digital economy, cross-border e-commerce has become a new engine to drive the high-quality development of the economy and the development of digital technology innovation by virtue of its fast development speed, large market potential and strong driving effect. However, the process of innovation and development of digital technology is still faced with problems that hinder innovation and development, such as imperfect formulation of government policies, lack of composite professionals, and insufficient innovation ability of relevant enterprises. Based on this, this paper uses the literature method and logical analysis method to propose the path to promote the development of digital technology innovation by improving government policies, establishing online communication platforms, and promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.
