As a key component of the public cultural service system, libraries have become increasingly important in building a harmonious socialist society. The purpose of pursuing the equalization of public library services is to ensure that the general public can enjoy high-quality library services on an equal basis. Based on the perspective of the new public service theory, this paper explores the problems of the equalization of library public services and proposes a series of innovative strategies to promote the equalization of library public services.
