近十年我国乡村教师专业发展的研究热点及发展趋势——基于CiteSpace的图谱分析
The Research Hotspot and Development Trend of Rural Teachers’ Professional Development in China in Recent Ten Years—Spectrum Analysis Based on CiteSpace

本研究运用CiteSpace软件对2014至2024年中国乡村教师专业发展文献进行计量分析和知识图谱构建。分析揭示乡村教师专业成长对提升教育质量和实现乡村振兴具有核心作用。研究识别了关键研究机构、核心作者和高频期刊，发现研究集中于乡村教师角色、教学实践、专业成长、教育环境及乡村振兴对教育质量的影响。关键词共现和聚类分析进一步揭示了多维度研究的重点。未来研究趋势将聚焦乡村教师教学实践、教育政策实施和信息技术应用。建议包括加强跨学科合作、增加实证研究、支持西部和农村地区研究，以及利用信息技术促进乡村教师专业发展。
In this study, CiteSpace software was used to conduct a quantitative analysis and knowledge map construction of the literature on the professional development of rural teachers in China from 2014 to 2024. The analysis reveals that the professional development of rural teachers plays a key role in improving the quality of education and realizing rural revitalization. The study identified key research institutions, core authors, and high frequency journals, and found that research focused on the role of rural teachers, teaching practices, professional growth, educational environment, and the impact of rural revitalization on education quality. Keyword co-occurrence and cluster analysis further reveal the multi-dimensional research focus. The future research trend will focus on the teaching practice of rural teachers, the implementation of educational policies and the application of information technology. Recommendations include strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration, increasing empirical research, supporting research in western and rural areas, and using information technology to promote professional development of rural teachers.
