基于农危房更新的乡村文化共享社区设计策略研究——以湘潭市白鹭湖村乡村文化共享社区设计为例
Research on the Design Strategy of Rural Cultural Sharing Community Based on the Renewal of Rural Dilapidated Housing—A Case Study of the Design of Rural Cultural Sharing Community in Bailuhu Village, Xiangtan City

近年来，在乡村振兴战略背景下，乡村建设如火如荼开展。一方面村民精神文化需求上升需要更多文化活动建筑与设施来满足，另一方面乡村存在大量弃置危房空房，直接拆建不经济且易造成风貌损失，因此在满足使用安全的前提上考虑将农危房更新改造成乡村文化共享社区成为较好的应对思路。文章以湘潭市白鹭湖村村民活动中心设计为例，在实地调研环境、测绘建筑、走访问谈村民需求的基础上，总结出白鹭湖村传统空间形式消逝、传统生活记忆减淡、老旧建筑破败搁置三个方面的问题，针对性提出“三乡”策略，即乡落空间再现、乡俗生活演绎、乡土技术建造。以期在符合现有政策经济条件下最大程度利用好建筑空间，来丰富村民日常活动、维系当地特色，为乡村发展建设中的常出现的经济矛盾、文化传承矛盾提供一种解题思路。
In recent years, under the background of the rural revitalization strategy, rural construction has been in full swing. On the one hand, the spiritual and cultural needs of villagers are rising, and more cultural activities and facilities are needed to meet them, and on the other hand, there are a large number of abandoned dilapidated houses and empty houses in the countryside, which are uneconomical and easy to cause loss of style. Taking the design of the villagers’ activity center in Bailuhu Village, Xiangtan City as an example, this paper summarizes the three problems of the disappearance of the traditional spatial form of Bailuhu Village, the fading of the memory of traditional life, and the dilapidated and dilapidated buildings of Bailuhu Village on the basis of field research environment, surveying and mapping buildings, and interviews to discuss the needs of villagers. The strategy of “three townships” is proposed, that is, the reproduction of rural space, the interpretation of rural life, and the construction of local technology, in order to maximize the use of architectural space under the existing policy and economic conditions, enrich the daily activities of villagers, maintain local characteristics, and provide a solution to the economic contradictions and cultural inheritance contradictions that often occur in rural development and construction.
