土地开发整理项目质量评价方法研究

土地开发整理工作，严格依据土地利用的总体规划性，严格依据实际用地的具体需求，针对一些没有及时利用起来的土地，或者是面临着土地被低效率利用的方式，以及出现了不合理利用土地的情形，从而采用科学有效的土地开发整理项目质量评价方法来展开深入性的研究与分析。在获得了足够资金与技术的支持之下，应用系统性、科学的一系列工程技术与措施来应对。在这一个过程当中，主要是通过对相关土地进行平整、各个田块之间进行合并进行有效整理，以及进一步完善好防护林等主要内容的一系列活动，有效地促进土地资源实现科学合理的利用、对耕地总量实现一个动态性平衡的重要手段，最终让我国社会经济得以快速发展，以便在相应程度范围内有效解决好目前土地利用的相关问题。
Land development and consolidation work is strictly based on the overall planning of land use and the specific needs of actual land use, aiming at some land that has not been used in a timely manner, or is facing inefficient use of land, and there is an irrational use of land. Under the support of sufficient funds and technology, a series of systematic and scientific engineering technologies and measures are applied to deal with it. In this process, it is mainly through a series of activities such as leveling the relevant land, merging and effectively organizing the various fields, and further improving the shelterbelt and other main contents, effectively promoting the scientific and reasonable utilization of land resources and realizing a dynamic balance of the total cultivated land, and finally allowing the rapid development of China’s social economy, in order to effectively solve the relevant problems of land use within the corresponding extent.
