中国式现代化视域下积极应对人口老龄化的实践路径

党的二十大报告明确指出要以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴。中国式现代化的特征之一就是人口规模巨大的现代化，决定了我们的现代化国家建设要正确实施积极老龄化战略。立足于中国式现代化伟大实践，贯彻以人民为中心的发展思想，要重点回答好中国式现代化视域下积极应对人口老龄化的理论逻辑与实践路径。以治理体系和治理能力现代化为目标，不断完善社会治理措施，以实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略推进中国式现代化发展，探索出具有中国特色的积极应对人口老龄化之路，对全面建成社会主义现代化强国具有重要意义。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that we should comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization. One of the characteristics of Chinese-style modernization is the modernization of a huge population, which determines that the construction of our modern country should correctly implement the active aging strategy. Based on the great practice of Chinese-style modernization, and implementing the people-centered development thought, we should focus on answering the theoretical logic and practical path of actively responding to population aging from the perspective of Chinese-style modernization. With the goal of modernizing the governance system and capacity, we will continue to improve social governance measures, implement the national strategy to actively respond to population aging, promote the development of Chinese-style modernization, and explore a path with Chinese characteristics to actively respond to population aging, which is of great significance to building a socialist modernization power in an all-round way.
