人口老龄化背景下低龄老年人再就业的困境及应对策略

Abstract:
促进低龄老年人再就业，对于我们积极应对人口老龄化冲击，保持经济社会可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。文章对人口老龄化背景下低龄老年人再就业问题进行探讨，阐述了老年人再就业的意义，分析了低龄老年人再就业面临的政策困境、文化困境、社会困境，并基于此提出解决我国低龄老年人再就业问题的应对策略，为实现“老有所为”加持赋能。
Promoting the re-employment of the young elderly is of great practical significance for us to actively cope with the impact of population aging and maintain sustainable economic and social development. In this paper, the re-employment of young elderly under the background of population aging is discussed, the significance of the re-employment of the elderly is expounded, the policy dilemma, cultural dilemma and social dilemma faced by the re-employment of young elderly are analyzed, and based on this, the countermeasures to solve the re-employment problem of the elderly in China are proposed, so as to strengthen and empower the realization of “productive aging”.
