健康老龄化趋势下智慧养老服务体系优化
Optimization of Smart Elder Care Service System under the Trend of Healthy Ageing

随着中国经济的快速发展和人口老龄化的加剧，老年人口数量不断增长，养老问题已成为社会关注的焦点。健康老龄化，即在保障老年人身体健康的基础上，实现其社会参与和心理健康的全面发展，对养老服务体系提出了更高的要求。智慧养老作为一种新兴的养老方式，通过运用先进的科技手段，为老年人提供更加便捷、高效、个性化的养老服务，对于优化养老服务体系具有重要意义。通过分析我国智慧养老服务体系发展现状、存在问题，针对性地提出了智慧养老服务体系的优化构建议，尽力满足老年人的实际养老服务需求，以实现党和国家提出的健康老龄化的目标。
With the rapid development of China’s economy and the aging of its population, the number of the elderly is growing, and the issue of elderly care has become a focus of social concern. Healthy aging, which means ensuring the physical health of the elderly while also achieving their full potential in social participation and psychological well-being, sets higher standards for the elder care service system. Smart elder care, as an emerging mode of elder care, utilizes advanced technology to provide the elderly with more convenient, efficient, and personalized services, playing a significant role in optimizing the elder care service system. By analyzing the current development and challenges of China’s smart elder care service system, this paper proposes targeted suggestions for its optimization. The aim is to meet the actual care needs of the elderly effectively and achieve the goals of healthy aging set forth by the party and the state.
