抖音银发群体“唠嗑式”直播影像实践研究

Abstract:
短视频的快速发展,为逐渐退出社会的老年群体提供了表达自己和再入社会的可能性。老年人直播逐渐成为抖音平台中的独特景观,为了更好地解释这一媒介现象的背后意义,从积极老龄化的视角出发,基于参与式观察与深度访谈法,对于抖音平台中老年人“唠嗑式”直播影像实践进行研究,探究其形式特点、生成机制与价值建构。研究发现:老年人“唠嗑式”直播影像实践特征呈现出一种由浅到深的情感互动,而这种情感互动的背后映射出的是技术与老年人自我情感需求的双重动因。通过短视频平台的直播影像实践,老年人增加了与代际间的情感互动,也完成了个人的再社会化过程。但直播中存在的过度情感消费与网络暴力的问题需多方努力,才能为老年人提供更完善的再社会化网络空间。
The rapid development of short videos has provided a possibility for the elderly population who are gradually withdrawing from society to express themselves and re-enter society. The live broadcast of the elderly has gradually become a unique landscape on the Tiktok platform. In order to explain the significance of this media phenomenon, from the perspective of active aging, based on participatory observation and in-depth interviews, the practice of “chatty” live streaming video of the elderly on the Tiktok platform is studied to explore its characteristics, mechanism and value construction. Research has found that the practical characteristics of elderly individuals’ “chatty” live streaming videos exhibit a shallow to deep emotional interaction, and this emotional interaction reflects the dual motivation of technology and the emotional needs of the elderly themselves. Through live streaming video practice on short video platforms, the elderly have increased their emotional interaction with generations and completed their personal process of resocialization. However, the issue of excessive emotional consumption and online violence in live broadcasts requires multiple efforts in order to provide a more comprehensive re-socialized online space for the elderly.
