高职本科“3 + 2”协同育人是“职业教育”、“技术教育”和“工程教育”横向融通的其中一种联合办学模式。经过多年的探索，仍存在融通壁垒。文章通过创新创业教育的理念、“职业带”理论和高职本科“3 + 2”协同育人的现状，分析了“双创”教育融入高职本科“3 + 2”协同育人的人才培养模式的可行性。从战略视角、协同机制构建、教学模式优化提出“双创”教育融入高职本科“3 + 2”协同育人的人才培养模式优化对策。
The “3 + 2” collaborative education model of higher vocational and undergraduate education is a cross-cutting integration of “vocational education”, “technical education” and “engineering education.” After years of exploration, there are still barriers to integration. This article analyzes the feasibility of integrating “innovation and entrepreneurship” education into the talent training model of higher vocational and undergraduate education through the concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the theory of “vocational belts,” and the current situation of the “3 + 2” collaborative education model. It proposes optimization strategies for integrating “innovation and entrepreneurship” education into the talent training model of higher vocational and undergraduate education from a strategic perspective, collaborative mechanism construction, and teaching mode optimization.
