Vascular Nursing and Vascular Interventional Surgery

背景：需要血管介入手术的患者已经转向了一些老年患者，他们有一些伴随虚弱问题和增加的脆弱性的共病。这类患者的治疗对于血管介入医生和专职护士来说都是一个重要的挑战，因为这类患者术后和出院时更容易发生并发症。本文旨在分析血管护士在血管介入手术活动中的作用。结果：血管介入手术相关的血管疾病、血管护理的定义、血管护理在实施血管介入手术程序临床路径中的作用、血管介入手术术后护理、血管患者虚弱评估、静脉及伤口护理、血管通路管理。结论：血管护理是一门能够为血管介入治疗患者提供全面、最优的护理、更好的术后疗效、协调、规范、经济的临床路径的学科。
Background: Patients requiring vascular interventional surgery have shifted to older patients with comorbidities that accompany frailty issues and increased vulnerability. The treatment of these patients is an important challenge for both vascular interventional physicians and allied nurses, as these patients are more likely to develop complications after surgery and upon discharge. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the role of vascular nurses in vascular interventional surgery. Results: Vascular diseases associated with vascular interventional surgery, definition of vascular care, role of vascular care in the clinical pathway of implementing vascular interventional surgery procedures, postoperative care of vascular interventional surgery, assessment of vascular patients’ frailty, venous and wound care, vascular access management. Conclusion: Vascular nursing is a discipline that can provide comprehensive, optimal nursing, better postoperative efficacy, coordinated, standardized and economical clinical path for patients undergoing vascular interventional therapy.
