郭秉文德育思想现代价值探析

郭秉文是我国近现代著名教育家和高等教育改革先行者，他的德育思想同中华优秀传统文化与西方自由平等思想融合互鉴，形成了人格养成教育和道德教育相结合的德育理论体系。提出培养有责任担当与人格完善的国民的德育目标，注重民族精神与社会责任感的培养，主张把德育贯穿在教育教学的全过程，强调“知行合一”的思想，最后将其思想与当下德育现状结合，思考对现代教育的启示意义：一是落实立德树人，培育新时代人才；二是发挥教育合力，促进家校社协同育人；三是秉承人文发展观念，指引未来教育发展方向。
Guo Bingwen is a famous educator in modern China and a forerunner of higher education reform. His thought of moral education, the integration and mutual learning of Chinese excellent traditional culture and Western thought of freedom and equality, has formed a theoretical system of moral education which combines personality cultivation education and moral education. It puts forward the moral education goal of cultivating citizens with responsibility and personality perfection, pays attention to the cultivation of national spirit and social responsibility, advocates that moral education should run through the whole process of education and teaching, emphasizes the thought of “unity of knowledge and action”; And, finally it combines its thought with the current moral education situation to think about the enlightenment significance to modern education: first, to implement moral education and cultivate talents in the new era; The second is to give full play to the educational force and promote the coordination of family, school and community education; The third is to uphold the concept of humanistic development and guide the direction of future education development.
