健康老龄化趋势下智慧养老服务体系的优化路径探索
Exploring the Optimization Path of Smart Elderly Care Service System under the Trend of Healthy Aging

随着中国社会老龄化趋势的加剧，智慧养老服务体系作为一种创新的养老服务模式，正逐步成为满足老年人多样化需求的重要手段。文章首先回顾了我国智慧养老服务体系的发展现状，指出其在社会普及、产品设计以及人才队伍建设等方面存在的问题。接着，从社会重视程度、老年人知识结构以及产品设计完善度等角度，深入分析了问题产生的原因。为优化智慧养老服务体系的发展路径，文章提出了以下建议：一是加强对智慧养老服务体系的引导和宣传，提高社会认知度；二是强化规划引领，建立统一的智慧养老服务标准和体系；三是重视老年教育，提升老年人的信息素养；四是积极推进智慧养老服务进社区，提升服务可及性；五是积极研发和推广智慧养老服务产品，满足老年人实际需求；六是强化人才培养，建立专业化的养老人才队伍。这些措施的实施将有助于推动我国智慧养老服务体系的健康发展，更好地满足老年人对高品质养老生活的追求，助力健康老龄化的实现。
With the aggravation of China’s aging population, the smart elderly care service system, as an innovative model of elderly care services, is gradually becoming an important means to meet the diverse needs of the elderly. The article first reviews the current development status of China’s smart elderly care service system, pointing out the problems it faces in terms of social popularization, product design, and talent development. Subsequently, from the perspectives of social attention, the knowledge structure of the elderly, and the completeness of product design, the reasons for these problems are analyzed in depth. In order to optimize the development path of the smart elderly care service system, the article proposes the following suggestions: firstly, strengthen the guidance and promotion of the smart elderly care service system to enhance social awareness; secondly, strengthen planning leadership, establish unified standards and systems for smart elderly care services; thirdly, emphasize elderly education to improve the information literacy of the elderly; fourthly, actively promote smart elderly care services into communities to improve service accessibility; fifthly, actively research and develop smart elderly care service products to meet the actual needs of the elderly; sixthly, strengthen talent training and establish a professional elderly care workforce. The implementation of these measures will help promote the healthy development of China’s smart elderly care service system, better meet the elderly’s pursuit of high-quality elderly living, and contribute to achieving healthy aging.
