教育家精神融入高职院校思想政治理论课教学的价值与路径
The Value and Path of Integrating Educator Spirit into Ideological and Political Theory Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

当前，中华民族伟大复兴进入关键时期，着眼于新时代加快建设教育强国的战略目标，教育家精神被赋予新的价值内涵，高职院校思想政治理论课教师的成长也迫切需要教育家精神的引领。文章旨在在理解教育家精神的价值意蕴基础上，提出了从资源平台、制度完善、宣传氛围等三个方面促进教育家精神融入高职院校思想政治理论课教学的路径，从而更好地实现教育家精神的育人价值，以期为实现社会主义现代化强国建设目标培育有担当的时代新人。
At present, the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has entered a critical period, focusing on the strategic goal of accelerating the construction of education power in the new era, the educator spirit has been endowed with new value connotations, and the growth of ideological and political theory teachers in higher vocational colleges urgently needs the guidance of educator spirit. Based on an understanding of the value implications of the spirit of educators, this article proposes a path for integrating the spirit of educators into the teaching of ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges from three aspects: resource platforms, system improvement, and publicity atmosphere, so as to better realize the educational value of educator spirit and cultivate responsible new people of the times for the realization of the goal of socialist modernization.
