关联理论视角下电影台词英译研究——以《照明商店》为例
A Study on the English Translation of Movie Dialogues from the Perspective of Relevance Theory—A Case Study of Love Life Light

电影是国际文化交流的重要载体之一，电影台词翻译在文化交流中起着不可或缺的桥梁作用，因此质量上乘的字幕翻译对于中华文化走出去至关重要。中国电影一直走在创新的路上，电影《照明商店》因其既新颖又感人的剧情和叙事手法得到观众一致好评。关联理论视角下的翻译活动是依照原文提供的已知信息来找寻其最佳关联性的“明示–推理”过程，以追求最佳关联性为翻译导向，合理运用翻译策略和翻译技巧，有助于译者更好地传递原作者的原本的认知语境和交际效果。电影中的对话皆依托语境得以展开，本文探究关联理论视角下电影《照明商店》的台词翻译，望为中国电影字幕翻译研究、中国电影走出去提供更多思路。
Movies are a crucial medium for international cultural exchange, with the translation of movie dialogues serving as an indispensable bridge in this process. High-quality subtitle translation is essential for promoting Chinese culture globally. Chinese cinema has consistently been at the forefront of innovation, and the film Love Life Light has garnered widespread acclaim for its innovative and touching plot and narrative style. Translation activities viewed through the lens of relevance theory follow the “ostensive-inferential” process, aiming to achieve optimal relevance based on the information provided in the original text. By using optimal relevance as a guide and appropriately applying translation strategies and techniques, translators can more effectively convey the original author’s cognitive context and communicative intent. Movie dialogues rely heavily on context for their development. This paper investigates the translation of dialogues in Love Life Light from the perspective of relevance theory, hoping to offer more perspectives for research on Chinese film subtitle translation and the global dissemination of Chinese films.
