关于制造业企业创新要素匹配障碍的问卷调查报告

Abstract:
制造业是立国之本、强国之基。文章通过问卷调查分析，发现被调查企业存在创新要素匹配障碍，解决这些问题需要强化产学研合作、引导创新人才向制造业集聚、推进科技创新与金融相结合以及积极推行鼓励企业创新的财税政策。
Manufacturing is the foundation of the country and the foundation of a strong country. Through questionnaire analysis, the paper finds that the surveyed enterprises have obstacles in matching innovation factors. To solve these problems, it is necessary to strengthen the cooperation between industry, university and research, guide innovative talents to gather in the manufacturing industry, promote the combination of scientific and technological innovation and finance, and actively implement fiscal and tax policies to encourage enterprise innovation.
