MBBS留学生医学汉语教材功能项目研究
Study on the Functional Items of Medical Chinese Textbooks for MBBS International Students

当前MBBS留学生医学汉语教学多侧重于教材中医学知识和词汇的传授，而忽视了学生在医学情景中汉语交际能力的培养，导致在临床实习中难以将所学应用于实践。本文聚焦于MBBS留学生医学汉语教材分析，选取两套具有代表性的医学汉语教材，对其编写体例和功能项目进行统计与分析。通过对比研究，发现现有教材在临床场景对话以及文化背景知识等方面存在局限，强调了功能项目在快速提升医学汉语交际和表达能力中的关键作用，并提出了针对医学汉语教材编写的改进建议，以期为医学汉语教材的编写提供了参考。
The current medical Chinese language teaching for MBBS international students tends to focus excessively on imparting medical knowledge and vocabulary through textbooks, neglecting the cultivation of students’ Chinese communication skills in medical situations, which results in difficulties applying what they have learned to practical clinical internships. This paper focuses on the analysis of medical Chinese textbooks for MBBS international students, selecting two representative textbooks for statistical and analytical examination of their compilation styles and functional items. Through comparative research, limitations in the textbooks are identified in terms of clinical scenario dialogues and cultural background knowledge, emphasizing the pivotal role of functional items in rapidly enhancing medical Chinese communication and expression skills. Furthermore, suggestions for improving the compilation of medical Chinese textbooks are proposed, aiming to provide a reference for the development of medical Chinese textbooks.
