初中生英语词汇学习策略使用现状——以某中学初二学生为例

Abstract:

本研究采用问卷调查与英语词汇测试的方法,利用SPSS25.0对76份调查问卷与英语词汇测试卷的结果进行分析,旨在研究初中生英语词汇学习策略的使用情况。研究发现:学生的整体英语学习成绩情况一般;词汇学习策略使用情况处于中等水平;学生的资源、认知和记忆策略的使用频率高;学生的调控和活用策略的使用频率低;词汇学习策略的使用上并未呈现出显著性的性别差异;英语词汇学习策略对词汇学习效果具有显著影响。据此,本研究对初中生的英语词汇学习和教学提出了一些建议。
This study uses the questionnaire and English vocabulary test method and uses SPSS25.0 to analyze the results of 76 questionnaires and English vocabulary test papers, which aims to study the situation of English vocabulary learning strategies of junior high school students. The results manifest that students’ overall English learning performance is average; the use of vocabulary learning strategies is in the medium level; students use their resources, cognitive, and memory strategies more frequently; students’ regulation and active strategies are low frequency; the use of vocabulary learning strategies did not show significant gender differences; English vocabulary learning strategies have a significant impact on vocabulary learning results. Based on this, this study puts forward some suggestions for junior high school students’ in English vocabulary learning and teaching.
