Abstract:

“非教学”工作负担对教师心理健康的影响一直备受关注,但鲜有研究指明“非教学”工作如何影响教师心理健康的作用机制,本研究致力于从“心理脱轨”的视角实证性地探讨这一问题。通过以抑郁和焦虑为因变量指标,分别构建有调节的中介模型,结果发现,负向的心理脱轨在教师“非教学”工作量与他们的心理问题之间起正向的中介作用,而正向心理脱轨的作用则不显著。这一结果揭示了“非教学”工作负担危害教师心理健康的一条重要影响路径,同时也具有一定的现实应用价值。
The impact of “non-teaching” workload on teachers’ mental health has received much attention, but few studies have identified the mechanisms of how “non-teaching” work affects teachers’ mental health. This study aims to empirically explore this issue from the perspective of “psychological derailment”. By constructing two moderated mediation models with depression and anxiety as dependent variables, respectively, it was found that negative psychological derailment positively mediated the relationship between teachers’ “non-teaching” workload and their psychological problems, while positive psychological derailment did not. The results reveal an important pathway through which “non-teaching” workload jeopardizes teachers’ psychological health, and thus have some practical implications.
