Abstract:

随着社会的迅猛发展与生活节奏的急剧加快,大学生群体正面临着前所未有的心理压力与挑战,其心理健康问题日益成为社会关注的焦点。这些问题不仅关乎学生个人的成长与发展,更直接影响到社会的和谐稳定与国家的未来竞争力。因此,为了深入剖析当前大学生心理健康教育领域的现状与挑战,本文运用CiteSpace知识图谱可视化工具,对近年来我国在这一领域内的丰富文献资源进行了系统而全面的梳理与分析。通过这一方法,能够更加精准地把握当前关于“大学生心理健康教育质量”研究的不足之处,进而为大学生心理健康教育高质量发展提供一些建议。通过这些综合性的策略,为大学生营造一个更加健康、积极的成长环境,促进其心理素质的全面提升与健康发展。
With the rapid development of society and the swift acceleration of the pace of life, college students are facing unprecedented psychological pressure and challenges, and their mental health issues have increasingly become a focal point of social concern. These problems not only pertain to students’ personal growth and development but also directly impact the harmony and stability of society and the future competitiveness of the country. Therefore, in order to deeply analyze the current situation and challenges in the field of college students’ mental health education, this paper employs the CiteSpace knowledge graph visualization tool to systematically and comprehensively sort and analyze the abundant literature resources in this field in China in recent years. Through this method, we can more precisely grasp the shortcomings of the current research on the quality of college students’ mental health education, thereby providing some suggestions for the high-quality development of college students’ mental health education. By adopting these comprehensive strategies, we can create a healthier and more positive growth environment for college students, and promote the comprehensive enhancement and healthy development of their psychological quality.
