维持性血液透析患者家庭适应的研究进展
|
Abstract:
随着终末期肾脏病患者数量的增加，家庭适应成为影响个体心理应激反应的关键因素。现有研究强调了良好家庭适应对患者的正面影响，但如何有效评估家庭适应在临床实践中的作用仍具有挑战性。本文旨在梳理相关概念、理论模型和评估工具等方面，为未来研究提供理论支持和方法指导。
With the increasing number of patients with end-stage kidney disease, family adaptation has become a key factor affecting individual psychological stress response. Existing research has highlighted the positive impact of good family adjustment on patients, but how to effectively evaluate the role of family adjustment in clinical practice remains challenging. This paper aims to sort out related concepts, theoretical models and evaluation tools to provide theoretical support and methodological guidance for future research.
