高职院校学生评教现状及改进探究
The Current Situation and Improvement of Students’ Evaluation of Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

针对高职院校学生评教现状，本文以广西电力职业技术学院为例，分析了目前学生评教的主要形式。从对授课教师教学促进性的角度，本文分析了学生评教活动对老师的教学方法、专业知识和课堂气氛的促进作用。本文分析了学生评教活动具有的全面性、片面性、客体性、客观性、有效性和置信度。针对目前学生评教活动的现状，本文提出了教育引导学生进行客观性评价，授课教师科学合理看待评教结果，探索过程性的学生评教和对评教数据深度分析等探究性建议。
In view of the current situation of students’ evaluation of teaching in higher vocational colleges, taking Guangxi Electrical Polytechnic Institute as an example, this paper analyzes the main forms of students’ evaluation of teaching at present. From the perspective of teaching promotion for teachers, this paper analyzes the promotion of student evaluation activities on teachers’ teaching methods, professional knowledge and classroom atmosphere. This paper analyzes the comprehensiveness, one-sidedness, objectivity, effectiveness and confidence of students’ evaluation of teaching. In view of the current situation of students’ teaching evaluation activities, this paper puts forward some exploratory suggestions, such as guiding students to conduct objective evaluation, teachers to treat the results of teaching evaluation scientifically and reasonably, exploring the process of students’ teaching evaluation and in-depth analysis of teaching evaluation data.
