在中国式现代化视域下，生态文明建设的法治效力会直接影响我国实现现代化新征程的速度与质量，因此我们必须从法治层面维护生态文明建设效力。法治融入生态文明建设具有必要性，法治不仅可以促进生态文明建设制度化，可持续化，而且可以助力生态文明建设的普遍响应。在生态文明建设的时代拐点上，本文重点讨论了立法、执法、司法层面、群众响应存有的问题以及合理改进对策，从而促进生态法治领域下稳步实现中国式现代化的宏伟目标。
In the perspective of Chinese-style modernization, the legal effectiveness of ecological civilization construction will directly affect the speed and quality of China’s new journey to modernization, so we must maintain the effectiveness of ecological civilization construction from the level of rule of law. It is necessary for the rule of law to integrate into the construction of ecological civilization. The rule of law can not only promote the institutionalization and sustainability of ecological civilization construction, but also help the general response of ecological civilization construction. At the turning point of the era of ecological civilization construction, this paper focuses on the problems existing in legislation, law enforcement, judicial level, mass response and reasonable improvement countermeasures, so as to promote the steady realization of the grand goal of Chinese-style modernization in the field of ecological rule of law.
