The mental health status of middle school students affects the future destiny of students, families, society, and the country. With the deepening of education reform, the concept of simultaneous development of the five educations has become an important consensus in the field of education. The integration of moral education, intellectual education, physical education, aesthetic education, and labor education is committed to promoting the comprehensive development of students. This article aims to explore the combination of the five educations and mental health education, promote the transformation of mental health education from problem oriented to positive psychological quality cultivation, and ultimately achieve comprehensive improvement of students’ psychological literacy and personality.
