高职心理健康教育现状与优化对策研究

Abstract:
心理健康教育在教育教学中具有重要意义，有助于培养学生良好的心理素质。高职学生受学习压力、就业压力等因素的影响，容易出现心理问题，如焦虑、抑郁、自卑等。这些问题不仅会影响他们的学习，还会影响他们未来的发展和家庭的和谐。因此加强心理健康教育十分重要。
Mental health education is of great significance in education and teaching, and helps to cultivate students’ good psychological quality. Under the influence of factors such as study pressure and employment pressure, higher vocational students are prone to psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, and inferiority. These problems will affect not only their studies, but also their future development and family harmony. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen mental health education.
