Abstract:

目的:了解高校和社会对药事管理专业素养的需求,为提升应用型药事管理人才素养能力提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查法,对某医学院校药事管理专业的在校生、毕业生以及在药事管理方面有需求的用人单位进行调查问卷。结果:绝大部分受访单位(85.00%)认为药事管理本科专业人才应具备敬业精神和责任心的素质能力;受访在校生(66.67%)、毕业生(65.21%)和用人单位(85.37%)分别认为药事管理法律与法规有关知识、药品经营质量管理和药学基础知识是药事管理专业最应掌握的专业知识;药品质量管理能力、人际交往沟通能力和专业岗位工作的语言与文字表达能力是受访在校生(78.72%)、毕业生(38.10%)和就业单位(66.67%)最看重的能力素养。结论:药事管理专业本科人才应从思政素质教育、社会知识需求和专业实践能力等方面调整专业培养内容,加强专业素养能力培养。
Objective: To understand the demand of universities and society for the professional literacy of pharmaceutical management, and to provide a reference for improving the literacy ability of applied pharmaceutical management talents. Methods: The questionnaire survey method was used to survey the students, graduates and employers in a medical school majoring in pharmaceutical management. Results: The vast majority of the respondents (85.00%) believed that undergraduate professionals in pharmaceutical administration should have the quality and ability of professionalism and responsibility; the interviewed students (66.67%), graduates (65.21%) and employers (85.37%) respectively believed that the knowledge of laws and regulations related to pharmaceutical administration, the quality management of pharmaceutical business and the basic knowledge of pharmacy were the most important professional knowledge to be mastered in pharmaceutical administration; pharmaceutical quality management ability, interpersonal communication ability and language and written expression ability for professional positions are the most important competencies of students (78.72%), graduates (38.10%) and employment units (66.67%). Conclusion: Undergraduate talents majoring in pharmaceutical management should adjust the professional training content from the aspects of ideological and political quality education, social knowledge demand and professional practice ability, and strengthen the cultivation of professional quality and ability.
