随着现代文明的发展，人类社会在科技的推动下获得空前发展，但焦虑也随之产生。焦虑诞生于人与自然、社会、自身断裂的缝隙之中，是对未来产生的担忧与恐惧，空间在实践活动中得以生产并在其中进行着再生产，它对于人本源性的生命存在具有直接影响，“这个时代的焦虑与空间有着根本的联系”，当代无差异的抽象空间带给人的生命本身以焦虑和压迫之感。所以只有在实践活动中成就自身，在实践中寻找生命栖居的大地，重塑生命的空间，才能超越焦虑，使生命获得安宁。
With the development of modern civilization, human society has achieved unprecedented development driven by science and technology, but anxiety has also arisen. Anxiety stems from the rift between man and nature, society, and oneself, fueled by concerns and fears about the future. Space is produced and reproduced in practical activities, having a direct impact on the fundamental existence of human life. “The anxiety of this era is fundamentally linked to space.” Contemporary undifferentiated abstract space imparts feelings of anxiety and oppression to human life itself. Therefore, it is only through practical activities that we can achieve our own potential, find the earth where life dwells, and reshape the space for life, thereby transcending anxiety and achieving tranquility in life.
