激励理论视域下高校思政课程心理育人机制探析

Abstract:

思想政治课程是高校思想政治教育的主阵地和主渠道,具有“浇花浇根,育人育心”的关键作用。在大学生思政课程教学过程中,学生学习激励不足的现象普遍存在,激励作为重要的管理手段,在高校思想教育中发挥着重要作用。深入优化思想政治课心理育人机制,可以从三个维度探究:创设良好学习氛围,提供学生归属需求;开展案例式教学,完善道德榜样激励;采取“以文育人”,增强思想情感价值认同。
Ideological and political curriculum is the main position and main channel of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, which plays a key role in “nourishing roots to grow flowers, and nurturing minds to educate people”. In the course of ideological and political teaching of college students, the phenomenon of insufficient motivation for students’ learning exists generally. As an important management means, motivation plays an important role in ideological education in colleges and universities. Further optimizing the psychological education mechanism of ideological and political courses can be explored from three dimensions: creating a good learning atmosphere to provide students with a sense of belonging; carrying out case teaching and perfect moral model encouragement; adopting “educating people with culture” to enhance the identification of ideological and emotional values.
