柳州市创建全国文明城中的公众参与问题研究——基于社区营造视角
Research on Public Participation in the Creation of a National Civilized City in Liuzhou City—From the Perspective of Community Building

柳州市争创全国文明城面临着公众参与薄弱的问题，而社区营造的核心为“造人”，对解决创城中公众参与低问题具有一定的契合度，本文以问卷调查的方式，了解公众参与情况，通过社区营造视角，对柳州市创建全国文明城中的公众参与度低的问题，从多元主体的营造、公共空间的营造、共同体意识的营造、公共文化的营造四个角度提出相应的对策和建议，目的是调动公众参与创城积极性，促进城市治理能力的提升。
Liuzhou City is faced with the problem of weak public participation, and the core of community construction is “creating people”, which has a certain degree of compatibility to solve the problem of low public participation in the construction of a national civilized city. This paper, by means of questionnaire survey, understands the situation of public participation, and analyzes the problem of low public participation in the construction of a national civilized city in Liuzhou City from the perspective of community construction. Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the four perspectives of the construction of multiple subjects, the construction of public space, the construction of community consciousness and the construction of public culture, with the aim of mobilizing the enthusiasm of the public to participate in the creation of the city and promoting the improvement of urban governance ability.
